Beth's Life Goals:

  1. To Become A Leaf On A Tree - By this I mean being part of something bigger than myself.
  2. To Remain Present As Much As Possible - I want to spend as much of my time feeling present as possible. To always be present for my family.
  3. To Practice Gratitude Every Day - Gratitude is a powerful tool. I aim to regularly remind myself of what I'm grateful for. It's easy to be grateful for the good stuff. The real trick is to find genuine thanks for the hardships that come by too.
  4. To Surround Myself With Inspiring People - You're only as good as the people you surround yourself with. I want to spend my time with people that inspire me.
  5. Always Find Time For A Personal Day - Everyone needs to find time for themselves.
  6. Be Happy - Yes, one of the most common life goals is to be happy -- and it's simply worth working on!! We all yearn to live carefree and with absolute bliss.
  7. To Travel - Go on many vacation trips as possible while living in a van.
  8. Do A Silent Retreat - To stop talking for a while...I want to go on a silent retreat. I get tired of how busy my head can be and think a week or two of silence might help while developing a calm mind.
  9. Most important goal of all, to stay humble.
