James "Butch" Earl Dabbs

Mr. James Earl "Butch" Dabbs, age 55, of Waverly, TN, passed away Thursday, May 15, 2014, at Three Rivers Hospital in Waverly. Mr. Dabbs was born January 26, 1959, in Waverly, TN, to Helen Katherine "Kathy" Warren Dabbs and Samuel Floyd "Buster" Dabbs. He was married to Laurie Ann Galbreath Dabbs. Butch Dabbs was a retired Coordinator for Aqua Glass in McEwen, TN. He was a member of the Hoop Pole Hunting Club, an avid hunter, and fisherman. Visitation with the family will be Sunday, May 18, 2014, from 1 p.m. until funeral service time at 4 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, TN. Following cremation, burial of cremains will be in the Wyly Cemetery in Waverly, TN, at a later date.
