Mrs. Frances Evelyn Rochelle Baker, age 84, of Waverly, and formerly of New Johnsonville, TN, passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2014, in Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Mrs. Evelyn Baker was born July 11, 1929, in Hurricane Mills, TN, to Edward Brown and Elma Jane Dickson Rochelle. She was married to James Porter "J.P." Baker, Jr. Mrs. Baker was a retired registered nurse. She was a member of Pisgah Methodist Church in New Johnsonville, TN. Visitation with the family will be Friday, June 27, 2014, from 2-8 p.m., and Saturday, June 28, 2014, from 9 a.m. until funeral service time at 11 a.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, TN. Interment will follow in the Malugin Cemetery in Hurricane Mills, TN. Survivors include: Husband: J. P.
