Mrs. Rebecca George McFarland, age 94, of Waverly, TN, passed away Thursday, November 6, 2014, in Waverly Healthcare Center. Mrs. McFarland was born February 11, 1920, in Big Rock, TN, to Zollie and Mary Durwachter George. She was married to Noel Nokes McFarland. She was a member of the Waverly Church of Christ and a retired Secretary from John Smith Insurance Agency in Waverly. Mrs. McFarland has been cremated and a memorial service will be held by her family at a later date.
