Joye Herbison was born November 2, 1947, in Nashville, TN, to George Clint and Mary Martin Parker Hatcher. She was a homemaker. Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 28, 2015, from 1-2 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, TN. Cremation will follow at the Richlawn Crematory in Waverly.
