Mrs. Genevieve "Jean" Rosemary Kozak Mullner, age 98, of Waverly, TN, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2015, in Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, TN. Mrs. Mullner was born June 9, 1916, in Chicago, IL. She was a retired Clerk for S&H Green Stamps in Chicago, IL She was a member of San Juan Del Rio Church in Jacksonville, FL. Visitation with the family will be Tuesday, May 26, 2015, from 4:30 p.m until funeral service time at 5:30 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, TN. Pastor Thad Collier will be officiating the service. Mrs. Mullner will be buried at 11 a.m., Tuesday, June 2, 2015, in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Jacksonville, FL.
