Mrs. Bertha Adell "Betsy" Hedge Smith, age 82, of McEwen, TN, passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2015, in West Hills Health & Rehab in Knoxville, TN. Mrs. Smith was born September 11, 1932, in McEwen, TN, to Walter Lee and Edna Earl Tittle Hedge. She was married to Carl Edward Smith. She was a homemaker and a member of Antioch United Methodist Church. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, June 6, 2015, from 9:30 a.m. until funeral service time at 1 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in McEwen. Rev. David Bradley will be officiating the service. Interment will follow in the Bethpage Cemetery in McEwen, TN. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to The Michael J.
