Kathryn Ann Osburn Long

Kathryn Ann Osburn Long, age 64, passed away at her home in McEwen on December 27, 2015, after an extended illness. She was born November 27, 1951, in Denver, Colorado to the late O'Neil Adair and Katharine Reinheimer Osburn. She was married to James Hudson "Jimmy" Long of McEwen. Kathy had an independent spirit and loved her family, friends, animals, music, and art. She was a member of Olivet church of Christ in McEwen.Survivors, in addition to her husband, include one sister, Linda Dryden (Jim), of Buena Vista, Colorado; one daughter, Karen Wright (Chad), of Dickson; two stepdaughters, Cindi Castoreno (Butch), of New Johnsonville, and Jennifer Thomas (Joe) of Erin; one stepson, Tim Long (Elisabeth) of Bon Aqua; granddaughter, Tessa Wright; step grandchildren, Maggie Castoreno, Tyler Hinton, Chelsea Stainforth, Samantha Long, and Eric Long; step great grandchildren, T. J. Hinton and Madalynn Stainforth.
