Elizabeth Pearl "Sissy" Mayberry Spradlin

Mrs. Elizabeth Pearl "Sissy" Mayberry Spradlin, age 73, of McEwen, TN, passed away Monday, February 15, 2016, in St. Thomas Midtown Hospital in Nashville, TN. Mrs. Spradlin was born March 13, 1942, in Hurricane Mills, TN, to David Maxwell and Sadie Chance Mayberry. She was married to James Madison Spradlin. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church of Waverly. Sissy loved her family, friends, flowers, and was a wonderful cook. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, February 17, 2016, from 5-8 p.m., and Thursday, February 18, 2016, from 9 a.m. until funeral service time at 11 a.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in McEwen. Rev. Willie McLaurin will be officiating the service. Interment will follow in the Meadowlawn Cemetery in McEwen.
