Mr. Richard Douglas Bradley, age 70 of Waverly, TN, passed away Monday, March 7, 2016 in Waverly. Mr. Bradley was born June 16, 1945, in McEwen, TN, to James Cleveland and Mable Bell Taylor Bradley. He was a retired Technician after 45 years for E. I. DuPont, a U.S. Army veteran, having served during the Vietnam War Era, retired from the TN National Guard, having served over 25 years, and was deployed during Desert Storm. Mr. Bradley was a softball umpire and enjoyed sweepstakes. Visitation with the family will be Tuesday, March 15, 2016, from 8 a.m. until funeral time at 10 a.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in McEwen, TN. Burial will follow at 1 p.m., in the Middle TN State Veterans Cemetery in Nashville, TN.
