Connie Jean Clayborn

   Ms Connie Jean Scholes Clayborn, age 65 of Dickson, passed away Sunday July 24, 2016 at TriStar Horizon Medical Center. Ms Clayborn was a was a homemaker and a member of the Church of God of Prophecy.    Ms. Clayborn is survived by her:Daughters - Donna Thornton (Bobby)          Lyles, TN                  Heather Polinski (Richard)        Dickson, TN                  Laveda Nash (Adam)                Lyles, TN  Sister -       Brenda Cunningham                 Celina, TNGrandchildren -    Alex Moore                      Dickson, TN                           Trenton Clayborn            Dickson, TN                           Jacob Brown                   Dickson, TNLoving nieces and nephews   Ms. Clayton is preceded in death by her:Parents -   James Rainey "Punkin" Scholes                  Mary Onedia Hill Scholes   Visitation with the family will be Saturday July 30, 2016 from 12:00pm-2:00pm at Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, TN. A memorial service will be held Saturday July 30, 2016 at 2:00pm at Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, TN.      In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation be made to Luff-Bowen Funeral Home to help with expenses.
