Kenneth Ray Robbins

Mr. Kenneth Ray Robbins, age 58, of Waverly, TN, passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2017, at Three Rivers Hospital in Waverly. Mr. Robbins was born September 30, 1958 in Houston, TX, to Ray and Elizabeth Gail O'Brien Robbins. He was an Auto Technician and a veteran of the United States Army. He was an avid movie buff and he loved old cars and motorcycles. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, February 4, 2017, from 11 a.m. until funeral service time at 3 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly.
