Mrs. Eva Marie Hughes Razer, age 87 of Waverly, TN, and formerly of Pineville, LA, passed away Thursday, March 23, 2017, in the Waverly Healthcare Center in Waverly. Mrs. Razer was born April 4, 1929, in Lake Providence, LA, to Richard and Edith Newman Hughes. She was a member of the Catholic Church and a retired Licensed Practical Nurse.
