Shirley LaTrease McIllwain Watts, age 69, of Waverly, TN, passed away Friday, April 21, 2017. Mrs. Watts was born February 12, 1948, in Waverly, TN, to Willie Calvin and Frances Nadene Bell McIllwain. She was a member of Waverly First Baptist Church and a Pharmacy tech for Albertson's Pharmacy.
