Mr. Herman Bruce Latimer was born on January 10, 1944 in Waverly, TN to the late William Roscoe and Agnes Forrest Latimer. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at 1:00 p.m., until time of Memorial Service at 3:00 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly with Bro. Jeff Keele officiating.
