Mrs. Martha Catherine Brown Carter age 86 of New Johnsonville, TN passed away Monday, October 30, 2017 at her home. Mrs. Carter was born May 11, 1931 in Waverly, TN to the late Walter Brown and Ollie Durham Brown. Funeral service for Mrs. Carter will be at Thursday, November 2, 2017 at 2:00pm at Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly conducted by Rev. Nathaniel Mathews. Interment will follow at Richlawn Cemetery. Memorial donations can be made to the American Bible Society.
