Joseph Velton Hooper

Pastor Joseph Velton Hooper, age 91, of McEwen, TN, passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2018, peacefully and beautifully at home with his daughter. Bro. Hooper was born on June 23, 1926, in McEwen, TN, to the late Roy and Sarah Jane Hooper. He was married to the late Mary L. Hooper. Bro.
