Interment will follow in the Union Cemetery in Dickson, Tennessee. He passed away March 23, 2019, at his home in Dickson, Tennessee.       Andrew was born May 30, 1985, in Nashville, Tennessee. He attended McEwen schools and graduated from McEwen High School in 2003, and from Tennessee Technological University in December 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering. His professional engineering career began at Seneca Foundry in Webster City, Iowa, where he worked from 2010 to 2012. He worked at John Deere Tractor Plant in Waterloo, Iowa, from 2012 to 2015. He was a quality engineer at Nissan North American Inc., in Decherd, Tennessee from 2015 to 2016. He was an engineer at A.O. Smith Corp. in Ashland City from 2016 until his death in 2019.      Andrew was a loving family man. He was husband to Jaimie Patrick, whom he married January 9, 2010,  and father to 5-year-old Savannah Patrick. He enjoyed shooting sports, four-wheeling, and other outdoor activities. He shared his passion for the outdoors with Savannah on her fourth birthday. When her mother found a pink go-cart as a possible birthday gift, Andrew got up the very next morning to go purchase it. He had to fold his big frame double to get into the go-cart with his daughter, but he did it for the joy it brought both of them.       Andrew enjoyed using his engineering mindset and mechanical capabilities for his family, doing electrical, mechanical, and carpentry work at home. He was the go-to man for any problem, from installing under-the-cabinet lighting in the kitchen to wiring and troubleshooting television and computer issues. He built a therapy gym sized for Savannah that included a zipper, push light, chain lock, and other gadgets to help her practice using her hands. His latest project in underway was a first-in, first-out shelving unit for Jaimie’s kitchen pantry.       Andrew loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. He treasured his Saturday morning cartoon time with Savannah.       He was a member of the Pond Church of Christ Dickson, Tennessee.       Survivors include his wife, Jaimie Patrick, and daughter, Savannah Patrick, both of Dickson, Tennessee; parents, Phillip and Debbie Patrick  of Waverly and Marsha Patrick of McEwen, Tennessee; his sister, Lauren (Daniel) Leach of Ashland City, Tennessee; his step-sister Tina Hughes of Portland, Tennessee; his maternal grandfather, Denny Stuart, of McEwen, Tennessee; his paternal grandparents, L.D. and Rena May Patrick, of Waverly, Tennessee and grandmother Marie Mires of Old Hickory Tennessee; several nieces and nephews as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.        He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Christine Stuart, and his cousin, Nathan Stuart, both of McEwen, Tennessee.       In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Andrew's favorite charity, SAVANNAH's VOICE at any First Federal Bank location in Dickson or Humphrey's counties.
