C., to Arthur Webster Lucas, Sr. and Helen Gertrude Heck Lucas. He was married to Elaine Gaffey Lucas. He held a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Lucas was a retired Vice President of Engineering from Pratt & Whitney in East Hartford, CT. No local services are planned.
