Clay Milton Crafton, II.

Clay Milton Crafton, II, age 55, of Camden, TN, passed away peacefully at his residence on Wednesday, October 23, 2024. He was born on September 20, 1969 to Linda and Clay Crafton, I. Clay was a very skilled HVAC technician and truck driver. He was known for being driven and a jack of all trades, Clay embraced challenges of his profession, often mastering new skills and techniques that set him apart. His reputation for being always willing to help others made him a beloved figure among his friends and colleagues. Clay will be remembered not only for his passionate approach to his work but also for his kind-hearted nature. His loss leaves a gap not only in the lives of those who loved him but also in the community he served with unwavering dedication. 

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 15 years, Tabetha Crafton; mother, Linda Fuqua Crafton; father, Clay Crafton, I.; children, Clay Crafton, III. (Courtney), Cynthia Aalgaard (Seth), Andrea McClung, Travis McClung and Brian Daniels; grandchildren, Alexis Crafton, Kaylee Crafton, Ryleigh Crafton, Aleks Walton and Ashton Aalgaard; sisters, Tracey Dickenson and Cynthia Travis (David); sister-in-law, Janie Crafton and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. 

Clay is preceded in death by his brother, Timothy Crafton; maternal grandparents, Millard and Louise Fuqua; and paternal grandparents, Jesse and Margaret Peyton.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, October 27, 2024 at Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in McEwen, TN, beginning at 1:00 P.M. until the time of service at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Troy Herrington officiating.
