Elizabeth Rose Dibble

Elizabeth Rose Dibble (99) passed away in Dickson, Tennessee on November 6, 2023.  She was born on November 5, 1924 in Wilkes- Barre, PA to Joseph and Rosalie Gutkowski.

She is survived by her eight children, Lawrence “Larry” Dibble, Arthur “Art” Dibble, David Dibble, Susan Knapp, James “Jim” Dibble, Rosemary Dibble, Dan Dibble, and Mary Lloyd-Taylor.  She also had multiple grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her loving husband Arthur Franklin Dibble, a son - Leonard “Lenny” Dibble,  and her sisters Carol Gibides and Loretta Kosior.  

She will be missed and had many friends in the community.  She believed deeply in her faith and attended St, Patrick’s Church in McEwen, TN. She loved to bake and preserve the vegetables she grew in her garden.  She loved Lawrence Welk and Big band music and was a great dancer.  May she rest in peace.  Forever in our hearts.
