Fredrick "Fred" Lavern Miller

Mr. Fredrick "Fred" Lavern Miller, age 81, of McEwen, TN, passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2020, at Humphreys County Nursing Home in Waverly, TN. Mr. Miller was born March 20, 1939, in Albion, MI, to Earl "Buster" and Eileen Ruth Leathead Miller. He was married to Waymouth June Hornburger Miller. Mr. Miller was a retired Operating Engineer from Vaughn Contractors in Waverly, TN. He was a United States Army veteran. He was a member of the Church of God, in Albion, Michigan. Fred was also a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local Union #324. Visitation with the family will be Thursday, December 3, 2020, from 9:30 a.m. until funeral service time at 12:00 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in McEwen, TN. Rev. Ricky Vaughn will be officiating the service. Interment will follow in the Curtis Chapel Cemetery in McEwen, TN. Please wear a mask and practice social distancing.
