Mr. James Howard Sizemore, age 63, of McEwen, TN, passed away Friday, April 17, 2020, at his home. James was born September 24, 1956, at Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico, to Johnny Howard and Mary Ellen Hooper Sizemore. He was married to Carline Johnson Sizemore. James was a Press Operator for Chemours in New Johnsonville, TN. He and Carline loved to go fishing. Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in McEwen is honored to serve the Sizemore family with a limited visitation for James Sizemore according to COVID-19 mandates. This visitation will take place at the East entry doors at the McEwen Chapel of Luff-Bowen Funeral Home. The visitors may pass through the canopy entrance and view Mr. Sizemore through the East entry doors. Social distancing of six feet apart, single file, will be enforced in compliance. The family has requested each visitor wear their mask and gloves. You must not shake hands or embrace any person with direct contact. Visitation with the family will be Monday, April 20, 2020, from 10 a.m. until funeral service time at 1 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in McEwen. Nathan Curtis will be officiating the service. Interment will follow in the Meadowlawn Cemetery in McEwen, TN. Survivors include: Wife: Carline Sizemore, McEwen, TN 2 Stepchildren: Jamie Cook (Jason), Charlotte, TN Danny Brown (Malory), McEwen, TN Brother: George Robert Sizemore, McEwen, TN Mother-in-law: Helen Palk, McEwen, TN Brother-in-law: Leon Johnson, McEwen, TN 6 Step Grandchildren: Ella Marie Cook, Kimber Nicole Cook, Jason Colt Cook, Evelyn Rose Brown, Elaina Grace Brown, and Case Wesson Brown Niece: Miranda Joy Sizemore Preceded in death by: Parents: Johnny Howard and Mary Ellen Sizemore Brother: Ricky Lee Sizemore LUFF-BOWEN FUNERAL HOME 9729 Hwy. 70 East McEwen, TN 37101 Telephone 931-582-6271
