Jesse Andrew McCord

Mr. Jesse Andrew McCord, age 91, of Lexington, KY and formerly of Waverly, TN, passed away Monday, July 6, 2020, in Cambridge Nursing Home in Lexington, KY. Mr. McCord was born December 7, 1928, in Hickman County, TN, to William and Exie Collier McCord. He was a retired self employed Logger. He was married to Ruby Willine Collier Oliphant McCord. He was a member of Compassion Church in Waverly, TN and The Gideons International Houston-Humphreys County. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, July 11, 2020, from 11 a.m. until funeral service time at 1:30 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly. Harold Patrick and Basel Hooper will be officiating the service. Interment will follow in the Collier Cemetery in Waverly, TN. Active pallbearers will be Michael Oliphant, Andy Oliphant, Chip Cullum, Corey Hamm, Logan Alexander, and Hunter Alexander.
