John Thomas "Tommy" Edwards

Mr. John Thomas "Tommy" Edwards, age 89, of McEwen, TN, passed away Sunday, September 5, 2021, at Humphreys County Health & Rehab Center in Waverly. Mr. Edwards was born August 25, 1932, in Nashville, TN, to Ira Lannie and Paulina Gertrude Uffelman Edwards. He was married to Mary Dale Pinkston Edwards. Tommy was a Retired Maintenance Engineer for the Humphreys County Board of Education. He was a member of the Cumberland Valley Cumberland Presbyterian Church in McEwen, TN. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, September 8, 2021, from 9:00 a.m. until Funeral Service time at 11:00 a.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in McEwen. Pastor Dakota Norris of Springfield, TN, will be officiating the service. Interment will follow in the Knight Cemetery in McEwen, TN.
