Larry Joe Forrester

Mr. Larry Joe Forrester, age 73, of McEwen, TN, passed away Monday, March 22, 2021, at TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Mr. Forrester was born April 2, 1947, in Waverly, TN, to Mitchell and Eulene Gatlin Forrester. He was married to Mary Grace Wanamaker Forrester. He was a graduate of McEwen High School. Larry Joe was a veteran of the United States Army and served during the Vietnam War. He was a retired Truck Driver. He was an avid horseman, fisherman, camper, and he loved watching his westerns on television. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, March 27, 2021, from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m., and Sunday, March 28, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. until funeral service time at 1:00 pm, at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in McEwen, TN. Rev. Tony Curtis will be officiating the service. Interment will follow in the Batson Cemetery in Waverly, TN.
