Chad Curtis was born July 10, 1984, in Nashville, TN to Norman Harold and Virginia "Jenny" Gail Welker Curtis. He was married to Tonya Sue Thompson Curtis. Chad was a Carpenter and worked in Construction Business. Chad Curtis will be cremated at Richlawn Crematory, our on-site crematory at Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly.
