Phillip Ray Hooper

Phillip Ray Hooper, age 59, of Dickson, TN, passed away on Friday, November 18, 2022. Phillip was born on December 6, 1962, in Dickson, TN, to John B. Hooper and Delma Lee Nesbitt Hooper. Phillip had an accomplished 30 year career as a lab technician.  In his spare time, he enjoyed riding motorcycles and listening to classic rock.

Left to cherish his memory is his father, John B. Hooper; son, Elias Hooper (Katie) of Clarksville, TN; daughters; Hannah Hooper of Burns, TN and Emma Hooper (Dakota Upchurch) of McEwen, TN; grandchildren, Ivana Disney and Ophelia Upchurch; mother of his children, Mechelle Lee of McEwen, TN; mother in law, Kay Haynes, and many loving cousins.

Phillip is preceded in death by his mother, Delma Lee and brother, John Alan.

There will be a visitation on Sunday, November 20, 2022, beginning at 10 AM until the Celebration of Life at 2 PM.  Interment to follow at Nesbitt Cemetery in McEwen, TN.
