Ms. Sharon Kay Pruett, age 51, of Hurricane Mills, TN, passed away Monday, October 25, 2021, at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN, from COVID-19. Ms. Pruett was born on November 7, 1969, in Oak Park, IL, to Hollice Gene Pruett and Jane "Janie" Ellen Hughey Pruett. Kay enjoyed crafting & flowers, collecting driftwood, and spending time with her family. Visitation for Kay Pruett will be Friday, October 29, 2021, from 4-8 PM, and on Saturday, October 30, 2021, from 9 AM until Funeral Service time at 11:00 AM, at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, TN. Bro. Jeff Keele will be officiating the service. Interment will follow in the Pruett Cemetery in Only, TN.
