     Mrs. Shirley Forrest Bone, age 80, of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and formerly of Waverly, Tennessee, passed away Saturday, August 18, 2018, at Hospice of West Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Mrs. Bone was born June 4, 1938, in Waverly Tennessee, to the late Otto Crittenden McCaleb and Robbie Erline Bell McCaleb. She was married to the late James Robert Forrest, Sr. and George Samuel Bone. She was a member of the church of Christ. In her career with Life of the Southwest, Shirley opened and managed the Tulsa, OK Office to process and pay medical claims. Later, she transferred to Charleston, WV to open a Medical Claims Office to insure and process medical claims for the state of West Virginia Employees. Life of the Southwest promoted Shirley to Director during her tenure with the company before she retired in 1993 and moved to Tennessee.Survivors include her:Son-in-law - Jamie W. McCaleb, Dossie McCaleb , and Tommy McCalebVisitation for Mrs. Bone will be Saturday, August 25, 2018, from 11:00 AM until service time at 12:00 PM at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, Tennessee.  Mr. Randy Forrest will be officiating.  Interment will follow in the Ebenezer Cemetery in New Johnsonville, TN.
