Timothy Dean Parnell

Master Sergeant (Retired) Timothy Dean Parnell, age 58, of New Johnsonville, TN, passed away Friday, March 20, 2020, at Three Rivers Hospital in Waverly, TN. He was born January 21, 1962, in Columbus, MS, to Jerry Dean and Linda Lou Bates Parnell. He was married to Brenda Lorraine Potter Parnell. Tim was a retired Master Sergeant from the United States Army. He served in the Persian Gulf War where he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal. He enjoyed spending precious time with his family, gardening, and yard work. Funeral Services were held Wednesday, March 25, 2020, at 2 p.m., at Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly. Interment followed in the Richlawn Cemetery in Waverly, TN. Survivors include: Wife: Brenda L.
