Wilbur Dean Walton

Wilbur Dean Walton, age 83, of Waverly, passed away on Friday, November 25, 2022, at his home surrounded by his family.  He was born on April 10, 1939, in Attica, Indiana, to Clarence Raymond Walton and Ruby Imogene Moon Walton.  He enjoyed working on the restoration and bodywork of automobiles as the owner of Deans Auto Body and spending time with his family and friends.

Left to cherish his memory are his 3 sons: Richard Walton, Lawrenceburg, TN, and Bryan Walton (Fay), Waverly, TN, James Walton (Kayla), Waverly, TN, 4 Daughters: Carol Rambo, Otsego, Michigan, Judy Newton, Hopkinsville, KY, Loraine Inman (Clay) , Lawrenceburg, TN, and Pamela Cates (Terry), Ethridge, TN, and 18 Grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his wife Carolyn Lee (Grace) Walton, Parents: Clarence Raymond Walton and Ruby Imogene Walton, and 4 brothers: Delbert, Gene, Fred, and Albert Walton.

Visitation for Wilbur Dean Walton will be held at Luff-Bowen Funeral Home Waverly on Thursday December 1, 2022, from 4-8 PM, and on Friday, December 2, 2022, from 10 AM until the service beginning at 1PM.  Bro. Roger Tucker will officiate the service.  Interment will be at Richlawn Cemetery in Waverly.
