William Floyd McDowell

Mr. William F. McDowell, age 77, of Waverly, TN passed away peacefully in his sleep on the morning of Saturday, June 8, 2019.  He was born July 22, 1941, in  Fayette County, Warren, TN to William M. McDowell and Katherine Robitson. William was a valued client and friend at the James Center where he worked many years in Recycling and touched the lives of many.  He had a jovial nature, snappy fashion sense and a love of keys!  He was born disabled and he received services from the James Center in Waverly, TN. He will be greatly missed by his brother and constant companion, Albert, along with his many friends at the James Center and in the Community

He is preceded in death by his parents William and Katherine Robitson McDowell.

Services for Mr. McDowell will be Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly.  Visitation will begin at 9:00AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM.  Bro. Jeff Keele and Pastor Daron Brown will officiate the service.  Interment will be at Richlawn Cemetery.
